These guys are great. Fidelity, my home warranty company, had them replace a water heater. Prompt, polite, professional. I was a little taken aback by some of the reviews at first but in talking with the guys and re-reading the reviews, a lot of them are negative toward the warranty company. The water heater was 36 years old, and yes I had to come out of pocket for some of the state mandated upgrades not covered by my warranty. That has nothing to do with City Plumbing. Still saved a chunk of money. Thanks, City.

The pilot light went out on our water heater and our warranty service dispatched City Plumbing to the service call. Dale from City Plumbing was our technician and he was polite and made sure to call ahead letting me know he was en route. Dale was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend him and I was very pleased with his service. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be asking for Dale from City Plumbing!

Our home warranty company sent City Plumbing to replace our old water heater with a tankless water heater. City Plumbing sent Daniel and he was a true professional. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I periodically checked on the progress and was very impressed with the way Daniel works. He was fast, informative and my wife was very please with how clean he left his work area. Thank you times a million, Daniel.

The toilet in one of my properties developed a leak in the water supply line and the water valve would not shut off to stem the leak. I contacted my home warranty insurance company (Fidelity) on a Thursday and they arranged for a plumbing company to come out and do the repair. By that Saturday, I was still waiting for a call back from the plumbing company and still hadn't heard from them by noon Tuesday (this, after I left a detailed phone message on Saturday) so I called Fidelity back and let them know I hadn't been contacted to set up an appointment date/time. Fidelity then arranged for another plumbing company to repair the toilet. However, when I arrived at the house on Wednesday morning I was met by a toilet whose small leak turned into a big one with water gushing out of the water supply line. I immediately called the second plumbing company Fidelity had dispatched for the repair and had to leave a message explaining the urgency of the situation. Two hours passed and no one called me back so I again called Fidelity as now the bathroom floor was flooded and water had seeped into the carpeted hall. To make a long story short, Fidelity contacted a third plumbing company, City Plumbing, and about three hours later Ramon and James came to my rescue. It took these gentlemen no more than 30 minutes to replace the water supply line, water turn off valve, and they even replaced the fill valve, flapper and tighten the loose flush handle. Before leaving the house Ramon explained the 60-day warranty provided with the service. Both Ramon and James were not only prompt in diagnosing and completing the toilet repair, they were professional and courteous the entire time. I would recommend City Plumbing to other homeowners and won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

City Plumbing was great to work with under our home warranty requirements. Nicole kept us up to date with the progress and we appreciate her expertise. There were phone calls to the manufacturer and warranty companies and they helped us every step of the way!! They made appointments available to us quickly to speed things up. thank you.

UPDATE: Nelson contacted me the next day and informed me that he had dealt with Corey and insisted on making it right. Even offered to work with my work schedule so that I wouldn’t need to take time off. He got another plumber back out here as soon as he could to replace the water heater with the one I had requested. Patrick was great, very profesional, on time, and hardworking. He got the job done quick and got my hot water going in no time. The ladies in the office were very polite, great to work with and made it easy to schedule the replacement. It’s nice to see company owners that truly care about their customers experience and want to take care of them. I will definitely be going back to city plumbing for any of my home plumbing needs as everyone else should. Thank you City Plumbing! My home warranty had city plumbing replace my water heater for me. Jorge was a great plumber, very professional and polite. He helped me understand what was going wrong with my water heater and my options as far as replacements. Nelson was also great, he helped me get my work approved through my home warranty who was taking forever. Only reason I rate 2 stars is because of Corey, the plumber who came to install the water heater after Jorge had diagnosed it. First he showed up one hour late, with the wrong water heater. I had requested a Bradford White self flushing water heater and he showed up with an American standard water heater. When I brought it up he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that water heaters do not flush themselves, that whoever told me that didn’t know what they were talking about. Once I showed him the exact model number of the water heater I requested, he changed his answer from water heaters like that don’t exist to to “oh yes, we have one, but it’s at the shop” and began talking trash on his coworker who had diagnosed my water heater and his company saying that “it’s not his fault because he wasn’t the one that diagnosed it”. he then started to tell me how

From the moment I called in, their scheduler prioritized my issue by moving my original appointment up. By doing so, she made me feel as though my leaky bathroom faucet was equally as important to her. The technician was here within an hour of our phone call, and it was Christmas Eve. Once James arrived he immediately found the leak, and repaired it in less than 10 minutes tops!! This is hands-down the best Home Warranty experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you!!

George Lopez from City Plumbing is the man! He is honest, upfront, and tells you the situation regardless of gaining your business or not. I had a clogged drain line in my kitchen for weeks I failed to fix. He came in and got my line back up and running. I picked his brain for his professional option on my new house. He gave me the cold hard truth about my system, but it was good to know. My home warranty covered me, less my deductible, so the cost was excellent. I asked him for a follow up quote for more work, which he did. George is a great guy to talk to, shoot the breeze, and is very personable. I respect professional men like George. Because of his work ethic, honesty, and pleasant demeanor I will be calling City Plumbing again. FYI if you are going to buy a home call this guy out before you sign for the house. He can tell you what the plumbing system is missing and will need once you move in. Give these a shot.

I was having a plumbing issue at my home and was unable to use the toilets in the house until someone showed up. My home warranty company dispatched City Plumbing and the tech that showed up was Daniel with City Plumbing. Daniel was fantastic. Extremely nice and friendly. He called first to let me know he was on his way and about 10 min. out. I let him know that I was leaving to meet him ASAP and he was very polite about not rushing and that he had no problem waiting a few min. When I arrived he was very professional and very courteous. He immediately go to work diagnosing the problem and was able to flush the line and clear whatever blockage I was having. He was patient with me in answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood what had happened and tips of what I should do moving forward. It was a wonderful experience with Daniel with City Plumbing. I highly recommend City Plumbing and Daniel with City Plumbing as a wonderful service tech. I will be calling them to come back out to help me further with any future issues I may have at my home. Thank you again Daniel and City Plumbing for the quick response and fitting me into the schedule and helping me with my plumbing problem.

City Plumbing staff shine! I’ll tell you why. Just one word to describe City Plumbing Team - you can feel their compassion to customers like me. So here’s our quick story - Our Koehler kitchen faucet parts were replaced by knowledgeable Rocky. He definitely rocks! His work was flawless. However, the hot water line was still just dripping with no pressure. My wife and I have been through winter washing dishes with no hot water. But our home warranty does not cover the work needed for the flow restriction. Ms. Alexis and Manager Ms. Leah made our day. We really appreciate their compassion helping us out by giving us a senior citizen discount. Rocky came back in no time and finally fixed it! Personally, I can feel and I can tell that City Plumbing is thriving because they have heart - that translate to compassion to customers like me needing help. Keep up the great work!
